Teacher steers not dominates

* Everyone listens to the speaker

* People take turns

* People respond to the speaker, not the teacher

* Response should include "I agreeI disagree" (waiting and respecting the views of others)

* Explain why

* Everyone responds to the speaker if only in their head

* Everyone's thoughts are a potential source of truth - right and wrong answers are not useful
