The Electoral Commission in association with the Royal Society of Arts and the Royal College of Art is inviting students aged 16-24 to illustrate the theme "Votes are Power" using any medium. Closing date for registration is January 31 and for entries February 17. Winners will receive Apple Mac design computers and work experience at a creative agency and the winner's design will be used in the Commission's 2003 ad campaign.
