Should fox hunting be banned? The Millennium Bug: fact or fiction? Football is just a game. These are among the subjects being debated by three age categories (11 to 15; 16 to 18; and 18 to 40) in regional competitions. The grand final for juniors and seniors will be held at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool on June 19. Prizes include cash, vouchers and gifts.
