There will be a particular focus on music and ICT at The National Association of Music Educators' annual conference at the Docklands Hilton Hotel, London, September 17-19. Speakers include a British Educational and Communications Technology Agency representative; Gavin Henderson, principal, Trinity College of Music; and Professor David Hargreaves, director, Centre for International Research in Music Education. Workshops include ICT to support live performances; sequencing for beginners key stages 2-3; composing at KS2; world music; African drumming; whole-class instrumental teaching; and GCSE options.
