The Geographical Association's 2004 annual conference on the theme "Images of Geography" will be held at the University of Kent, Canterbury, April 5-7.

The British Educational and Communications Technology Agency's ICT advice department runs conferences and online training events in partnership with subject associations. A conference co-organised with the Geographical Association and the Royal Geographical Society, "Exploring place in geography through ICT", will be held at 1 Kensington Gore, London SW7, November 20.
