We are happy to point out to the Scottish Executive - motto, "making it work together" - that it may not have it quite right in its plea for board members to the body that controls university and college funding. It called for recruits at more than 10 grand a year to the "Scottish Further and Higher Education Funding Council". Funny, we thought it had been renamed the Scottish Funding Council. Shows how little we know.
