Cotton mill children

The working museum of the cotton industry, Quarry Bank Mill, near Wilmslow in Cheshire, has been collaborating with the producers of the BBC Landmarks series to give teachers an opportunity to focus on the key stage 23 topic, Child Labour. A resource book, Victorian Britain and Quarry Bank Mill is available for key stage 2 teachers. Details: Christine Chadwick, 01625 527468.
