The Victoria and Albert Museum, London SW7 is running courses on "The arts of late medieval and early Renaissance Europe" and "Modern art: the visual arts in the 19th and 20th centuries", on one day a week for three terms. Fee: Pounds 1,000, concessions available. Several day and evening drawing, painting and practical courses are also available, October-December, on such topics as drawing perspective, drawing from observation, Chinese life drawing and traditional Chinese silk painting.
