Young Blood and Spring Fling. Stranraer Museum. Dumfries and Galloway during April and May

These two exhibitions of contemporary art and craft aim to inspire creativity in local primary and secondary school pupils.

Young Blood, which runs throughout April, features a broad selection of work created by recent arts and crafts graduates from Dumfries and Galloway. Spring Fling, in May, will highlight the work of established artists in the region. Both exhibitions will include paintings, sculpture, photography and printmaking; jewellery, pottery, textiles and basketmaking.
