Creative leaders to be prized

INNOVATION and creativity will be the key school leadership qualities of the future, new headteachers will be told at a government conference for them next week in London. Schools minister David Miliband will speak, and the chief executives of the General Teaching Council England, Ofsted, Teacher Training Agency, National College for School Leadership and the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority will take questions.
