Steve Seligmann, Scottish Cricket's youth development officer in the west, is planning to introduce a six-a-side indoor competition for schools in Glasgow and Ayrshire in February. He has already managed to interest eight Glasgow and four Ayrshire schools. If the pilot is successful, he hopes to introduce similar events to the other regions under his remit, Dumfries and Galloway, Lanarkshire and Renfrewshire.
