Fettes College haas booked its place in the final of the Ryden Lothian Schools Cup with a 59-run win over Stewart's Melville College.

Fettes College reached 180 for five, with Scott MacLennan hitting 62 not out. He also took two wickets as Stewart's Melville College reached 121 for eight in reply.

Meanwhile, Cleveden Secondary has qualified for the Glasgow Schools' Cricket Association Cup final at Pollok on June 21 after winning by six wickets over Belmont House and 116 runs against Eastwood High.

Norman Kenneth scored 48 not out against Belmont House and then 104 not out when Eastwood High was all out for just 33 runs. Bowler Adil Majid took four wickets for two runs, including a hat-trick.
