Crown for queen of Mexican treats

A HEALTHY lunch has won 40-year-old Sharon Maddocks the national culinary crown of school cook of the year. The mum-of-two, who works at Little Hulton community high, Mancheste, impressed the judging panel with her Mexican-style meal, "Design-a-Wrap", which allows pupils to choose their own fillings and requires no butter or fatty spreads.
