Culture vultures

If it is culture you are interested in, watch out for the Cultural Gallery with its Cultural Wall of winning paintings from this year's national schools competition run by the National Galleries of Scotland. The paintings, previously only displayed in Edinburgh, are being brought to Glasgow for the festival.

Also on display will be the winning poems from this year's schools poetry competition run by the Scottish Poetry Library, and pictures featuring the winners of the Scottish Education Awards, run by the Scottish Executive.
