Dame for Harry

DAME Maggie Smith, known for a lifetime of magical performances, could soon be putting Harry Potter under her spell.

The 65-year-old actor is understood to have been in talks with the ceators of the movie version of the young wizard's best-selling adventures, to star as Professor Minerva McGonagall, the deputy head of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
