Dance chance

YDance, the Scottish youth dance agency, is looking for the best young dancers in Scotland to establish a youth performance company.

Project Y is designed to bridge the gap between dance schoolsyouth theatres and professional dance training. Funded by the Scottish Arts Council, it will employ top choreographers to work for four weeks every summer with 16- to 21-year-olds.

This year's workshops will take place at Broughton High, Edinburgh, from July 17 to August 12.

Contact YDance for an application form: the closing date is March 31. Call 0141 552 7712 or email info@scottishyouthdance.org
