Data to go

9th January 2004 at 00:00
Busy teachers can wave goodbye to floppy disks, home printing or lugging around a heavy laptop. The disgo is a nifty data storage gadget, about the size of a highlighter pen, that plugs into the back of your home computer (PC or Mac) and allows you to download any file for simple transfer to a school computer.

Several models are available, with storage capacities from 32MB to 1GB, and Friday magazine has teamed up with disgo to offer two lucky readers the chance to win a 256MB model, worth pound;99.99 . It can store the equivalent of 180 floppy disks, so you'll never run out of space. For a chance to win, send your name and address to friday@tes.co.uk, or by postcard to the address on the right. Mark your message disgo offer. The first two entries out of the hat on January 15 will win. For more information visit www.mydisgo.com.
