Design a Dog competition

10th June 2005 at 01:00
Dogs Trust is inviting pupils aged five to 11 to make a moving dog model appropriate to their year group. A free design and technology resource can be downloaded for the task, which involves exploring technical systems and controls to make moving pictures, puppets and toys. The class is required to submit a collective photo of their dog creations by August 1, complete with key dog care messages and a statement of the lessons learned about responsible dog ownership. First prize is a digital camera and digital video camera for the class.
