Disappointed by your 'them and us' stance

I am quite dismayed to read in TES Magazine that you are inviting teachers to send in their "worst parent" stories. Surely, in this day and age, education should be encouraging good partnership working with parents and challenging any culture that breeds contempt for those that do not live up to the expectations of others.
