Discord leads to damages

A music teacher has won undisclosed damages after she was forced to leave a private school because the orchestra failed to win awards at the local music festival.

Barbara Boothroyd told an employment tribunal in Leeds that she felt worthless after she was reprimanded by Charles Holloway, head at the pound;5,650-a-year Westville House preparatory school.
