(Photograph) - Donald Dewar, the First Minister, unveiled five new Falkirk schools on Wednesday, the first to be built under public private partnerships. A further pound;5 million was pledgedo help similar projects off the ground. Over the next four years, Mr Dewar said, the PPP "revolution" would see another 78 schools built or refurbished (ScotlandPlus, page 6).
