Down in the swamp

28th March 2003 at 00:00
A "cyberswamp" hosted by Ramsar the Wetland Wizard awaits visitors to the new education website created by the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust with support from HSBC. TV presenter and wildlife photographer Chris Packham was at the launch of the website at the Education Show in Birmingham earlier this month. The site contains resources for children, students, parents and teachers including lesson plans for key stages 1-3, fact files and an image bank. It is aimed at learning in both school and home and supports the trust's Learn for Life programme at its nine centres (including KS1-4 science, geography and citizenship).
