Drinking cost students dear

Sixth-formers are seriously underestimating the amount of money they will spend on alcohol at university.

A new Royal Bank of Scotland study found that they expected to spend an average of pound;186.30 on drink during a university term. But a poll of current students showed their actual average spending on alcohol was pound;274.
