E-perks for NUS members

THE National Union of Students is hoping to start an "Internet revolution" by providing a free computer and web space to student unions at colleges across the country.

The initiative will give every college union a presence on the Internet and free technial support to help them set up their own web page. The union will also give members free e-mail and allow them to join the "online student community". Benefits will include discounts on products and services available via the NUS's e-commerce zone.
