Early mistake?

OFSTED reported that the Royal Borough has only one weakness - education other than at school. It is perhaps worth remembering that one of its first acts as an education authority was to axe the excellent field-study cntre at Marchant's Hill, Hindhead. One wonders how this excellent centre might have contributed to the Royal Borough's out-of-school provision.
