Easter blues

14th April 2000 at 01:00
THE holidays are stretching across a whole month because each council has made up its own mind how to deal with the lateness of Easter. I know of a father who works in one council area, his wife in another and their children atschool in a third.

Surely the Scottish Executive and the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities can co-operate on this issue to achieve some rationale and harmony.
