Eglu winners

3rd June 2005 at 01:00
The Win An Eglu competition that kicked off this term's Reader treats proved very popular. Dozens of schools sent in their pictures of chickens that live in Eglus and the people at Omlet were eggs-tremely impressed with their efforts. "This was the hardest thing we've ever had to make a decision on," said Johannes Paul of Omlet. "All the entries were brilliant, but the winners had a consistently high standard." The winners are: St John's RC first school, Norwich, and Bower Grove school, Maidstone.

Congratulations and happy hen keeping!
