Essex stars are ambassadors

Vic Goddard, headteacher of Passmores Academy in Harlow, and his deputy, Stephen Drew, who were the unmistakable stars of Channel 4's Educating Essex, have been recruited to help solve the UK government's recruitment problems by working as "teaching ambassadors". The series has inspired many to think about becoming a teacher.
