Readers will be able to chat online with Harry Potter creator JK Rowling and 12 other bestselling writers at an online festival taking place on World Book Day, March 4. Rowling will also answer 12 questions from the winners of the festival competition open to all UK schools. The festival can be enjoyed via the People's Network at local libraries.
