THE BOARD of the Association of Colleges met this week to discuss the appointment of a new chief executive to succeed the disgraced Roger Ward. A spokeswoman said: "The board met on Monday and saw six candidates. This has been shortlisted to three and it is hoped that a decision will be made within the next fortnight."
