Your job and career questions answered

I have worked abroad as a modern foreign languages teacher for two years.

What would I roughly earn if I were to return to the UK?

This will depend on whether you worked in the UK before leaving. Assuming you have qualified teacher status and worked in a state school before leaving, you will not be worse off than the point on the scale where you were before going abroad. However, you may not get additional points for your overseas experience.
