Federation refusal

Bicton College in Devon has rejected plans to form a federation with Exeter College after its leaders were convinced by support from the funding bodies that they could go it alone

The college said the support of the Skills Funding Agency would allow it to develop new courses in renewable energy and sustainability while refurbishing some of the buildings in the land-based college's 200-hectare campus.
