FEFC appointees

Six new appointments to the Further Education Funding Council have been announced by Education and Employment Secretary Gillian Shephard.

They are Mary Cook, director of the Institute of Innkeeping; Peter Elliott, chairman of governors at Northumberland College; Peter Garrod, principal of the Adult College, Lancaster; Colin George, chairman of the Open College; Nick Lewis, principal of Broxtowe College, and Alfred Morris, vice-chancellor of the University of the West of England.
