Find that author

Looking For An Author: a directory of authors, illustrators and poets who participate in book events is an invaluable book of contacts compiled by the Reading and Language Information Centre (RLIC) and Young Book Trust. A straightforward alphabetical listing gives information about the preferred age-range of children and ideal group size. It is helpful that the maority of entries give a telephone contact - often the authorillustrator's home number. A map and regional listing helps to establish whether an author would be willing to travel to your school. pound;4.95 from the Reading and Language Information Centre, The University of Reading, Bulmershe Court, Earley, Reading RG6 1HY.
