Flushing out the answer to bullying

4th August 2006 at 01:00
The Daily Mirror reports that Tony Blair's beloved academies have cut bullying by introducing single- cubicle toilets outside classrooms, instead of the traditional communal loos.JMeanwhile, the Lib Dems' Sarah Teather is badgering ministers about the need for HipposJin school toilets to save water (that's technology's answer to a brick in the cistern).J But the peopleJmost needing toilet solutions this week were staff at the Training and Development Agency for Schools' London headquarters, who had to be sent home after the loos broke down. Clearly a bog-standard institution.
