The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds is aiming for a million members. The final push towards this target will take place in the autumn with a festival fortnight of activities including an RSPB week (September 21-28), and a World Birdwatch (October 4-5). RSPB members receive a colourful, 96-page magazine quarterly and free entry to more than 100 RSPB nature reserves around the UK.
