And the next foodstuffs found to contain horsemeat will be...

Pizzas that have those tiny mince-like bits of meat on top, shepherd's pie, chilli con carne, tinned mince and pasties.

Anything with brown meat in it. Pies, pasties, soups, sausages and meatballs. Fresh, frozen, tinned, chilled or dried.




Veggie mince. Remember the Linda McCartney meat scandal?

I wonder what goes into cat food? I always assumed horse, giblets and funny-looking fish, but I am beginning to suspect that the cat eats better than I do.


McCoy's steak flavour crisps... I'm getting concerned.


Own-brand whisky, aka horse piss.


I blame it partly on the glue industry for coming up with synthetic glues. Our woodwork teacher only used the proper stuff.




Can we look forward to a government minister force-feeding his daughter horse to prove there is no risk to health?


I think I'll stay clear of the horse d'oeuvres, that's for sure.
