Free: one month's online skills training for TES Online readers

They say it's the biggest national training scheme since they gave out gas masks during the second world war. But the pound;230 million lottery-funded ICT training scheme for teachers doesn't prioritise ICT skills. Quite rightly, it wants to help teachers use ICT in the curriculum.

So teachers wanting to brush up their basic computer skills, whether it's to discover the inner depths of Word, or to uncomplicate the calculations within Excel, can do so free of charge online for one month.
