Two recent items in your News in Brief column (TES, February 1) lead me to believe that some heads are employing Guantanamo techniques. To shorten a lunch break without consultation and close toilets for long periods makes me wonder what kind of people we have in charge of schools. Thank goodness I don't have to teach in one.
