The "brain-drain" out of Scotland has been reversed, the First Minister claimed this week. Speaking at the launch of the Scottish Funding Council's corporate plan, Jack McConnell said 92 per cent of young Scots graduating from Scottish universities were now staying in Scotland, compared with 79 per cent eight years ago.
