Friday hero

10th March 2000 at 00:00
Andrew Freeman is chair of governors at Muriel Green nursery school, St Albans, Hertfordshire.

This school has achieved early excellence status and next January will move to refurbished premises. None of this could have happened without Andrew Freeman, who's given time and attention to detail, outside his job running his own printing company. "He's spent three years in meetigs and has brought us to this exciting moment," says headteacher Barbara Snijder, who nominated him for our bouquet.

Please send the name of your Friday Hero - and why they should get a bouquet - to Sarah Bayliss, TES Friday, Admiral House, 66-68 East Smithfield, London E1W 1BX or e-mail her at sarah.bayliss@tes.co.uk. Flowers kindly supplied by Marks and Spencer
