"Gallery Week", organised by the National Association for Gallery Education, will be held March 4-10 to mark the opening of Visual Arts UK. Nearly 200 galleries all over the country are putting on special programmes to encourage 100,000 people to visit a gallery for the first time. In Cardiff, visitors to the National Museum will see children's artworks projected on to its classical facade. And in Leeds, the Henry Moore Institute plans to work with artists and children on texts for the City Art Gallery's sculpture collection.
