For students of all ages, BT's Connected Earth has interactive games and demonstrations, audiovisual clips and images giving a comprehensive history of telecommunications. From tom-tom drums to mobile phones, see how telecommunications have influenced lives the world over.

The Days Out section enables you to go on a virtual tour of nine partner museums, including the Avoncroft Museum of Historic Buildings in Worcestershire, which houses the national telephone kiosk collection, including an original "Tardis".
