Give your class a break

Alan Peacock, a maths teacher at Honywood school near Colchester, Essex, is this week's winner of a bumper box of Kitkats. His Year 11 maths set were a recalcitrant bunch when he took them over, but not any more. "At last they are changing and beginning to appreciate the benefit of hard work. I haven't always felt like giving them treats," he says.

If your class deserves a treat, tell us why in no more than 50 words (Do they work hard? Do they cheer you up?). We have a box of 48, four-finger KitKats to give away every week this term. The most convincing answer wins. For the KitKat offer email: friday@tes.co.uk.*
