The first of a major series to identify good practice in all courses offered by colleges was published this week.

The Further Education Devel-opment Agency has released a workbook bringing together examples of good teaching in psychology and sociology, designed for use during self-assessment and in-service training.

The FEDA is planning a series of similar publications eventually covering all the most popular subjects offered by colleges.
