Gordon's vote of trust

Parents trust Gordon Brown more than the Tories to improve the nation's schools, a survey shows. The YouGov poll for the vocational learning group Edge, found Labour had the backing of 35 per cent of parents, compared with 24 per cent for the Tories and 10 per cent for the Liberal Democrats.
