Gove antagonises and amuses over strikes

1st July 2011 at 01:00

Whatever people may say about Mr Gove, it is clear from his recent BBC interviews that he has a great sense of humour. His comic timing was impeccable!

I found it most amusing when he talked about teachers striking and how this would damage their reputation, only in the next breath to suggest that we needed to be tested harder to make sure only the highest calibre of graduates entered the profession. Genius.

The way he appeared to be on the side of teachers made the underhand insults even funnier.

Secondary teacher, Name and address supplied.
