Head damns 'ungodly' Harry Potter

A HEAD has warned pupils against reading the Harry Potter books because they go against the Bible's teachings. Carol Rookwood, of St Mary's Island CE primary, Chatham, Kent, said: "The Bible is clear that wizards and deons are very real, powerful and dangerous, and God's people are told to have nothing to do with them." JK Rowling's third story of the boy wizard recently won the Whitbread Children's Book of the Year award.
