Head joins CRE

Sir Dexter Hutt, executive head of the Ninestiles federation of schools, Birmingham, is joining the Commission for Racial Equality. He will spend at least 20 days a year in his role as part-time commissioner.

Sir Dexter is a founder of the Caribbean Teachers Association, secretary of the West Indian Federation and on the Specialist Schools Trust national council.
