Head lines

The primary heads' conference was graced by our own Willis Pickard, TESS editor, and Hugh Dougherty, public relations manager at East Renfrewshire Council. They staged a double act giving the delegates sound advice on handling the media, and we look forward to the heads answering all queries from the press - at least from ourselves.

Dougherty noted that the front of the Dunblane Hydro was encased in scaffolding. "They're replacing the flat roof to make the heidies feel at home," he quipped.
